Full title: Philosophical Principles of the Science of Brewing, Containing Theoretic Hints on an Improved Practice of Brewing Malt-liquors; and Statistical Estimates of the Materials for Brewing; or a Treatise on the Application and Use of the Saccharometer being New Editions of Those Treatises Corrected and Greatly Enlarged, with Several New and Interesting Particulars; Including the Tables and Directions for Using the Saccharometer.

The title says it all. A very thorough tome on brewing as it existed in England in 1805.

CONDITION: Very Good. Binding appears to be original, or at least very early. Cover shows moderate wear. Inside, pages are rippled and age-toned. Binding is strong and tight. Book shows its age, but exhibits no significant damage or flaws.
