Behind her is a tray full of beer glasses sitting atop a wooden beer barrel marked with the traditional five-point star, called a "brewer's star." In front of the girl is a goat, the symbol of bock beer. Below the girl, to the left, in very small letters, it is indicated that the subject is named "The Munich Beer Girl."
