Holiday Shipping Information
Orders placed on or before December 17th are guaranteed to arrive by December 24th at U.S. destinations, provided you follow the instructions below:
Make sure your order includes only in-stock items. The status of every item in our catalog is listed on the product detail page, near the "Add To Cart" button. If your order includes items that are on back-order, or pre-order, your entire order may be held until all items can ship together.
After December 14th, you MUST select U.S. Priority Mail as your shipping option. Orders that are shipped via Media Mail after December 14th are not guaranteed to arrive by December 24th.
Also, after December 14th, prints and photographs will not be guaranteed to arrive by December 24th, sionce they are printed-on-demand, and not considered in-stock items.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you checkout, and will be based on 1) the total weight of the items ordered, and 2) the shipping destination.
Domestic Rates:
US Standard Mail: $3.50 for the first pound, plus $0.45 for each additional pound (over 7 pounds, $0.30 per additional pound).
US Priority Mail, 1 to 4 pounds, anywhere within the U.S.:

For Non-US customers can choose from International Surface Delivery or International Air Delivery. Rates vary greatly by destination.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within the U.S., Priority Mail usually takes 3 to 5 days. Media Mail usually takes 5 to 10 days. For non-domestic destinations (outside U.S.), shipping time will vary greatly by country.
What about "back ordered" or "pre-ordered" items?
The shipping status of any product is noted on the product order page. Most items are noted, "Ships within 1 business day." However, products are occasionally on "back order" (not currently in stock, but soon to be) or "pre-ordered" (purchased by you in advance of publication, to be shipped when available). In these cases, your entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together.
