Here is the 1921 first edition of the text book Brewing And Malting by J. Ross-Mackenzie, editor for The Brewer And Wine Merchant And Brewer's Guardian, London. A good general brewer's reference book, heavily illustrated throughout. Contains a number of great old advertisements in front for brewer's supplies, equipment, etc. CONDITION: Fair to Good. Exterior shows corner bumps and a former library paste-ons. On the inside front cover is a bookplate for former owner, Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. The title page has a perforation marking the book as a Franklin Institute copy. Final page also has library paste-downs. Front hinge strong and tight, while rear hinge has the beginnings of a crack.
